Carole is now the host of a wellness radio show named "Your Health Matters"!   The show will run for 13 weeks and cover Health and Wellenss.   Some of the topics will include Osteopathic Manual Treatment, detoxification, obesity, child behavior problems, pain management, body composition, and nutrition, just to name a few.

Career Overview

Carole has been in the fitness and health Industry for the last 20 years.  Carole has had a keen interest is the Anatomy and Physiology of the human body.  Carole began her career as an Aerobic Instructor and Personal Trainer; she enjoyed working as a motivationalist/enthusiast and Personal Trainer at a hotel in the Niagara on the Lake.

With the Love of learning, she began further Studies and became a Registered Massage therapist, and Active Release Provider.  Carole worked in a clinical setting, providing health care to her patients.  She did this with passion.  After practising for 4 years as a Registered massage Therapist, she proceeded into an intense Osteopathic program.  She continued her practice and studied Osteopathy at the same time.  After completing her program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and Holistic Health Sciences she began to practice and loves it.

Carole has had the opportunity to educate the public by speaking about various subjects about health and fitness.  Being in the health care profession has helped Carole become a strong, compassionate, caring person, her flourishing practise demonstrates this.

Carole takes a personal interest in her client's health and life.  Carole believes that Health is a state of mind.  She encourages positive self image and instils her passion to all she meets, she does this with a smile.  Carole is the owner of Vital Link Wellness Center, reaching her dream to open her own wellness center and to meet the needs of the community in which she lives.
