Career Overview

Lyndsay Grant is very excited to be a part of the Vital Link team.  For 10 years Lyndsay worked at the Whitby Mental Health Centre as a Recreation Therapist with all ages.  She fully enjoyed seeing the positive outcomes of TR on these amazing people.  Therapeutic Recreation gave Lyndsay the opportunity to invest in others lives and to empower individuals to find their passion and their smile again.  Lyndsay and her husband moved to Grimbsy 5 years ago and they both love the town. "The longer we live here the more friendships and connections we have made for life!".

Lyndsay's schooling includes a Therapeutic Recreation Diploma from Centennial College, a Gerontology Certificate from Ryerson Polytech University and her Certification as a Colon Hydro Therapist from the Canadian Natural Health and Healing Centre.  This education has given Lyndsay the understanding of the importance of having a healthy colon as a preventative measure as well as a pro-active means to overall health.  She enjoys learning and growing as a person and looks forward to making a difference and helping others to be as healthy as they can be!
