Initial Assessment and treatment - $90.00
Follow-up Treatment - $60.00
Child Initial Assessment and treatment (1-16 yrs) - $50.00
Child Follow-up treatment (1-16 yrs) - $25.00
Infants (up to 1 yr) - FREE
