Unfortunately Vital Link, does NOT Direct Bill. Each client must pay upfront for their service; and will receive a receipt to submit. Vijaya does direct bill.
For any cancelation with less than 24 hours notice there will be a charge of 50% in the amount of the appointment you had scheduled.
For any no shows there is a full charge in the amount of the appointment you had scheduled. If a payment has not been sent; future appointments may not booked.
**Please keep in mind, by-law there is NO claimable receipt issued for insurance benefits.**
Parking in our back parking lot is allowed. Please be mindful of how your parking so other cars coming and going can also share the same space.
We also have street parking out front of Vital Link Wellness; or ample parking across the street in the parking lot of RBC and Shoppers Drug Mart.
Health History Deadline Policy:
Please be advised the health history form thats emailed to you MUST be filled out no less than 24 hours prior the appointment. The clinic will count this as a no show and the appointment will be canceled. Vital Link does not call to remind you of the form needing to be filled out. If there is a reason why its going to be submitted late please call 289 - 235 - 8200 to let us know. Rare times there are technology glitches which we recognize, however our system shows us when there is a glitch and when its simply not started or incomplete. If you are a client who does not use computers please let us know at the time of booking and we will make arrangements for you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a manual one. Health history forms are for the safety of you and your treatment plan. :)
