Direct Billing:

Unfortunately the staff at Vital Link, does NOT Direct Bill.  Each client must pay upfront for their service; and will receive a receipt to submit. 

Cancelation Policy:

For any cancelation with less than 24 hours notice there will be a

 charge of  50% in the amount of the appointment you had scheduled. 

For any no shows there is a full charge in the amount of the appointment you had scheduled. If a payment has not been sent; future appointments may not booked. 

**Please keep in mind, for late cancelations and no shows by-law there is 

NO claimable receipt issued for insurance benefits.**

Parking Policy:

Parking in our back parking lot is allowed. Please be mindful of how your parking so other cars coming and going can also share the same space.

We also have street parking out front of Vital Link Wellness; or ample parking across the street in the parking lot of RBC and Shoppers Drug Mart.
