Dannie-Lynn De Silva Piques is a positive and empathetic individual who has a passion for people, health and a sense of well-being. After exploring the corporate world for sometime she felt compelled to expand her knowledge and help people in a more fulfilling manner. Being able to help people in a society where health and wellness is #1; massage therapy was the perfect choice! She attended the Ontario College of Health & Technology where she pursued her passion in massage therapy; and graduated with Honours.
She has an incredible love for her work and is dedicated to helping others. Massage treatments are enhanced by incorporating the use of DoTerra Essential Oils and a variety of techniques to suit bodies needs. She also attended McMaster University for the Medical Acupuncture Program!
Being the owner of the clinic, she strives for each and every client that walks through the door be treated with above and beyond customer service. Dannie-Lynn’s intuitive and caring approach is applied toward each client and she feels very rewarded making a difference in your life!
Katie Moss is an energetic and positive individual who has a passion for helping others reach their greatest potential. Growing up Katie was involved in many competitive sports including soccer, hockey, basketball and cross-country. Katie’s passion for sports and helping others led her to coach youth soccer both recreationally and competitively. Through her many years involved in sports and with athletes she experienced many injuries and thus her interest in injury rehabilitation and health and wellness flourished.
This interest led Katie to attend Wilfrid Laurier University where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2020 with a concentration in Health and Rehabilitation and a minor in psychology. Katie continued her love for competitive sports throughout university as she played on the varsity women’s soccer team. Her passion for learning and wanting to make a positive impact on others led her to complete her Massage Therapy diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2021. She hopes to be able to incorporate her athletic background and knowledge to improve the health and wellness of others.

Kristen De Silva Piques is a very outgoing, caring person who has had a great deal of experience working with the public and patients at Vital link Wellness Centre. Kristen previously practiced as a Colon Hydrotherapist at Vital Link Wellness Center where she worked for 3 years. After years of practice Kristen wanted to expand her knowledge and understand the human body in greater detail.
With Kristen’s motivation in 2014 she began her dream and started her path to become a massage therapist. Kristen’s way of treating is to find the root of the problem and use the array of specialized skills and techniques she is trained in and apply them to get the best results. Massage therapy, although very relaxing can be therapeutic and helpful for people with pain and discomfort.

MEET THERESA CARLOS: COLON HYDRO-THERAPIST
Theresa knew that she was a natural caregiver from a very young age, growing up in a large extended family, helping to watch and take care of the younger children. Her natural abilities led her to taking a Personal Support Worker and Community Service Worker programs where she started work at a recreational facility with focus on early childhood and the senior adult day programs.
As she then stepped into motherhood, Theresa decided to place her focus on entrepreneurship where she developed her own business and focused on self care which led her to her very own health journey. Upon learning the importance of her own health language Theresa naturally wanted to share it by helping others with theirs as well and completed the Colon Hydrotherapy course. Theresa believes that the time is now for moving towards better health and is passionate about helping others achieve their very own health goals.
Vijaya’s counselling philosophy is to provide a strength-based and cultural sensitivity perspective to clients. Vijaya’s extensive professional background allows her to treat clients who have had experiences with mental health, relationships issues, anxiety, depression, and Trauma (physical, mental, and sexual).

Matt is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2020. Prior to this he attended Brock University in 2011 to pursue his keen interest in fitness and rehabilitation. He spent time during his undergrad volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic as well as working with seniors and athletes as a trainer.
Immediately after graduating in 2015 he took a job as a Physiotherapy Support Personnel which he did until September 2018. During this time Matt came across Osteopathy and knew he wanted to pursue a career in it.
For over 20 years, Carole has had the privilege of supporting clients on their wellness journey as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at Vital Link Wellness Center. Her work is grounded in a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal itself, and her approach focuses on restoring balance, function, and overall well-being through gentle, hands-on techniques.
Carole has worked with individuals of all ages, helping to address a wide range of concerns—from chronic pain and postural imbalances to hormonal and digestive issues. Guided by the core principles of osteopathy, she takes a holistic view of the body, seeking to identify and treat the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms.
At Vital Link, she has developed lasting relationships with clients and families who value a natural, integrative approach to health. Her ongoing goal is to educate and empower those she works with, helping them take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more vibrant life.
Each winter, Carole resides in Southwest Florida, where the lifestyle is truly a dream come true.
Melissa graduated from Western University with a Ba in Kinesiology in 2002. She then went on to study radiation therapy at Michener Institute/University of Toronto. After graduating, she moved to Manchester England to work at one of the largest cancer hospitals in Britain for a year. When she moved back to Canada, she discovered a new passion in osteopathy and enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2011.
She graduated in 2015 with her Masters in Practice diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc).Melissa is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association and is also a registered member of the Canadian Institute of Classical Osteopathy.
Rachel completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology before attaining her diploma in Massage Therapy in 1998. Since then she has continued to take courses in Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, Strain/Counterstrain, Neuromuscular Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. This led her to enroll in the Osteopathic program in Toronto and in 2010, after completing a thesis on the effects of treating scar tissue, she became an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Her love for learning did not stop after graduating from Osteopathy. She continues to regularly attend workshops and courses to enhance her treatments. Rachel has a passion and joy treating babies and children. She believes that if you can treat a child when they are young you can help prevent some of the strains and tensions that they might carry to adulthood.
Emma is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a passion for helping others feel their best. She began her educational journey at the University of Toronto, where she earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and later continued her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc).
Emma takes a whole-body approach to treatment, working to understand and address the root cause of pain or dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. She’s dedicated to supporting her patients and is excited to walk alongside them on their health journey.
In 2019 Tara Pasher graduated from an extensive 3 year program from from Wild Rose College in British Columbia as a master herbalist. She studied the body in its entirety and is so excited to share she’s accepting new patients! Some academic areas of focus were: Iridology, Traditional Chinese medicine, The History of Herbal Medicine, Botany, Advanced Herbology, Advanced Nutrition, Western Materia Medica, Anatomy and Physiology and Herbal Pharmacy. Additionally, Tara completed 300 practicum hours at the clinic Natures Healthy Balance in Komoka Ontario
Furthermore she has studied the EDS training from Dr. Sandra Stewart ND in North Carolina and Jenny Thomas herbalist/homeopath in London Ontario.
Tara is a soft-spoken amazing therapist, who cares immensely for each patient that walks through her door. Her caring nature and warm personality will have you feeling better from the get go.
In her spare time, she enjoys her passion for art; specifically painting and drawing Tara likes to practice meditation, yoga, cooking and most of all loves learning.
